Susan L. Hall

Susan Hall, Ed.D., is a consultant specializing in teacher training in early reading. She is founder and president of 95 Percent Group, Inc., an educational consulting and professional development company. The company provides districts and schools consulting and teacher training in how to implement RTI. Their specialty is in providing professional development in the use of early literacy screening data to inform data-driven, small-group tiers of intervention to address specific skill deficits. Susan is a nationally certified trainer in the use of the Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills (DIBELS) and Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS). Susan is coauthor with Louisa Moats of two books, Straight Talk About Reading and Parenting a Struggling Reader, and author of  Implementing Response to Intervention: A Principal’s Guide and I’ve DIBEL’d, Now What?
