Douglas D. Dexter

Douglas D. Dexter, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor of Special Education at Penn State University. Previously, he spent four years working in the field as a special education teacher in San Antonio, Texas garnering the prestigious North East Independent School District Certificate of Recognition (for outstanding support, service, and leadership in education).

His research interests include learning strategies for adolescents with learning disabilities and strategies for successful secondary inclusion.
